About Me

As an immigrant, I understand the struggles of settling into a new place, adjusting to unfamiliar cultures, and navigating the complexities of cultural shock. My journey has shaped my belief in the deep connection between mind and body, and the healing power of community. I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their challenges and build resilience. My international experience, focus on inclusivity, and commitment to making therapy accessible to BIPOC individuals guide the way I support others on their path to healing.
